Our fee covers coordination, interpretation and translation — it is not a medical fee. Hospital charges are set by, and paid directly to, the hospital. We accept no commission from any hospital or clinic, so the only advice you receive is advice that serves you.
These are paid by you, directly to the provider — we never mark them up and never hold your money on the hospital's behalf.
Every figure above is a starting point. Once we understand your situation we confirm a fixed fee in writing before anything is booked, and we do not begin work until you agree to it. If the scope changes along the way — an extra visit, an urgent translation — we tell you first and you decide.
Interpretation is available in English, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Spanish and Chinese. Less common languages can usually be arranged; a small surcharge may apply and will always be stated upfront.

For longer treatment you may need a medical visa, and we can advise on what documentation the hospital can provide. We are not a visa agency — we will point you to the right official process.
For many procedures and diagnostics, yes — substantially, and often with far shorter waiting times. Costs vary by hospital and department, so we give you a written estimate before you commit to anything. We never quote a price we have not confirmed.

Yes. Many of our clients arrange support for a relative travelling to Beijing. We can provide updates to you directly, wherever you are.
Our fees start at $45 / ¥300 for an initial consultation, $120 / ¥850 for a half-day hospital visit, $210 / ¥1,500 for a full day, $60 / ¥400 per translated document, and $1,500 / ¥10,000 for a full treatment programme.
